- Production Time: As a print-on-demand business, each product is made to order. Production time varies by product and can take 3 to 5 business days. You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

8. Lost or Damaged Orders
- Lost Packages: If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us at tridaxdesigns@gmail.com within 1 days of the delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
- Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at tridaxdesigns@gmail.com within 1 day of receipt with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will assist you with a replacement.
9. Returns and Exchanges
Due to the custom nature of our dresses, we generally do not accept returns/exchanges. We recommend you to measurements/size and all the details beforehand and then place the order. However, we will accept returns in the following circumstances:
In case you receive a damaged product, please e-mail us a picture of the same within 1 day on tridaxdesigns@gmail.com with your order/invoice number clearly stated in the e-mail. We will respond to you within the next 24 hours via e-mail and guide you whether you need to send the product back to us or we will just be sending you a replacement.
